GOOD TO KNOW
A few curious
questions.
What makes it a mystery coloring book?
Each page starts as a field of numbered diamonds. There are no scene outlines to follow: the finished image takes shape as you fill in the colors. Our homepage practice pattern is a small example, separate from the book’s 50 scenes.
Do I need the website to color?
No. Use the palette printed on the book’s back cover. The website gives you another way to view the colors and an optional peek at the completed pictures.
Which coloring supplies should I use?
Sharpened colored pencils make the small diamonds easier to fill. Choose the closest shades you have. If you use markers, place a protective sheet behind the page; blank reverse pages do not make paper bleedproof.
Will I see all the answers at once?
No. In the reveal gallery, select a mystery number and press “Reveal this picture.” Switching numbers hides the previous picture, so the next surprise stays yours.
